1. Mortgage Brokering
Aligned Financing Inc. is a mortgage brokerage licensed under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA licence # 13062) and specializes in arranging financing for commercial real estate which includes:
- Investment properties
- Owner occupied properties
- Construction
- Land
2. Floating Interest Rate Offset Program
In addition to negotiating with lenders for financing requirements, Aligned Financing Inc. is able to reduce interest rate uncertainty for Borrowers that have floating rate loans based on a bank’s prime.
